So I'm in the kitchen, cleaning my iron with a big jug of Il Primo white vinegar, when I notice that the label says refrigerate after opening.
I've been using this vinegar for years, mostly for cooking, but also for consumption if I run out of other kinds. I keep the jug in a cupboard in the laundry room. It never occurred to me to refrigerate it.
Do you refrigerate vinegar?
