Costume wig care and storage

So, my daughter has a growing collection of costume wigs. Since she is only 3, these wigs are of the post costume holiday clearance variety, and are prone to tangling badly if you so much as look cross eyed at them.

Any storage/care ideas? I'd prefer not to buy heads. I don't really have space for that unless she wants to part with a whole universe of toys.
