Hip_Domestics is open for the discussion of all things hip and domestic, but what exactly does that mean?
Hip: Keenly aware of or knowledgeable about the latest trends or developments; very fashionable or stylish
Domestic: Of or relating to the family or household; fond of home life and household affairs
So, hip_domestics is all things domestic, stepped up a few notches from the conventional. Common recipes don't excite us much, but new twists on a classic dish are just our cup of tea. We're keenly aware that typical household cleansers aren't the best for the environment, and we're always on the lookout for more natural alternatives. From creative stain removal tips to clever penny pinching ideas, from innovative uses for a well-known product to crafty ideas for trash-turned-treasure, all are welcome here!
